SHIPPING INFO
Shipping within UK mainland:
All items are shipped from the UK. Delivery services used are Royal Mail and Royal Mail Signed For. Giclée prints and original artwork, up to and including A3, are carefully packaged and sent out in a rigid envelope along with an envelope stiffener. Artwork sizes larger than A3 are sent out in tubes that are robust and have a wide diameter ensuring the artwork is not too tightly rolled. Turnaround and delivery takes up to 5 working days.

Shipping to the EU and Rest of the World
All items are shipped from the UK. For international deliveries services used are Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce. Turnaround and delivery takes up to 7 working days (Europe) and up to 14 days (rest of the world). Tracking information will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

Payment methods
We accept payment through Paypal, and credit/debit cards.
Duties and Taxes
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be subject to import duties and local taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you need further clarification please check your country’s government customs advice.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds
As an artist, Zinta Jaunitis uses a no-return and no-refund policy. Each item will leave the studio well packaged and in perfect condition. I cannot be responsible for any damages/losses in transit. However if you are not happy with your purchase or have any questions, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase.
